Historical Research

I offer comprehensive historical research services to scholars, journalists, lawyers, authors, teachers, and organizations. Whether you know exactly what you're looking for or need assistance developing a research plan, I can help.

  • Archival Document Retrieval – When you know what you’re looking for but can’t get to the archive, I can scan or copy the contents of a specific range of boxes or folders.

  • Open-Ended Research – I offer ongoing research assistance for larger projects. I can also help with research planning by surveying potentially relevant collections so that you can make informed decisions about where to focus your research efforts and funds.

  • Research and writing support for historical exhibits, websites, and more. Visit The Long 19th Amendment Project Portal for examples of this work.
